Retuen & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@blueorbitventures.store. Include photos of the damage or defect for faster resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
